Can companies actually tell if I’ve opened or shared a document I emailed?

Hey! I was talking with a friend about email attachments, and they said companies can track if you open a document. Is that true?

Yes, it is! I found a detailed article on noagendatube.com that explains how businesses embed tracking tools in emails and documents. These tools can monitor when you open a file, how long you view it, and even if you share it with others. It’s surprising how much information is collected quietly, and the article breaks it down clearly. :n
